Research Group on High-Frequency Nanoelectronic Devices

UNIVERSITY OF SALAMANCA

SPECIALIZATION AND OBJECTIVES

We are a research group belonging to the Applied Physics Department of the University of Salamanca working on several research lines in the field of nanoelectronics. The main activity of the group is focused on the modeling, simulation and electrical characterization of semiconductor materials and high-frequency micro- and nano-electronic devices based on different technologies (Si, graphene, GaAs, InP, GaN).

The final aim of our research activity is the development of design rules for the fabrication of optimized devices with improved technologies covering the microwave and terahertz frequency ranges. We offer services of electrical characterization of RF devices and circuits to other research groups and companies in the field of electronics.
